These Terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between the Service provider and users regarding the use of whatsmy.me (hereinafter "Service").
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service provides personality tests and quizzes, generating and displaying results based on user responses. • The Service is free to use without registration. • Test results can be shared via a unique URL; anyone who receives the URL can view the result page. • Test results are provided for entertainment and self-understanding purposes and are not officially certified psychological tests. • Please do not use test results as a basis for medical, psychological, or professional judgments.
Article 3 (Service Provision and Changes)
1. The Service aims to be available year-round but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, technical issues, etc. 2. Service content (test items, results, design, etc.) may be changed without prior notice. 3. The Service provider is not liable for damages caused by service interruption or changes.
Article 4 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following when using the Service: • Interfering with normal service operations • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of service content (test questions, result text, images, etc.) • Mass access using automated tools (bots, crawlers, etc.) • Defaming or disadvantaging others • Other acts violating applicable laws
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
1. All content included in the Service (text, images, design, software, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Service provider. 2. Users may use test results for personal purposes (SNS sharing, etc.) but not for commercial purposes.
Article 6 (Accuracy and Disclaimer)
1. Test results are reference information based on user response patterns and do not guarantee scientific or medical accuracy. 2. The Service provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of test results.
Article 7 (Advertising and Partnerships)
The Service may include advertisements, and the Service provider is not responsible for the content or services of external sites linked through advertisements.
Article 8 (Service Restrictions)
The Service provider may restrict service usage in the following cases: • Violation of user obligations in Article 4 • Interference with stable service operations • Using the service through other improper methods
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
1. These Terms may be amended due to changes in related laws or service policies. 2. Changes will be announced through notices within the Service, and amended Terms take effect 7 days after the announcement. 3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue using the Service.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Disputes)
1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. 2. In case of disputes related to service usage, the court having jurisdiction over the Service provider's location shall be the competent court.
